Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the operational unit to assist and support real-time operations
Facilitate resource utilization to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll schedule adherence, and goal attainment
Develop and monitor key performance metrics for staff performance and operations functions
Evaluate business processes, procedures, and systems and recommend improvements
Participate in quality improvement projects and lead continuous improvement efforts
Assign and monitor staff caseloads and account distribution
Evaluate program effectiveness through reports and present findings to leadership
Monitor and measure compliance standards
Develop staff through internal and external resources and on-the-job training
Build and maintain relationships with State agencies as a key liaison
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Communicate goals, expectations, and results with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required
Bachelor’s in business management or business administration preferred
At least three (3) years of progressively responsible people management experience
Experience building highly effective teams
