About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the operational unit to assist and support real-time operations
- Facilitate utilization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll schedule adherence, and goal attainment
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure staff performance and operations functions
- Evaluate business processes, procedures, and systems and recommend improvements
- Participate in quality improvement projects and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Assign and monitor staff caseloads and account distribution
- Evaluate program effectiveness through prepared reports and present findings to leadership
- Monitor and measure compliance standards
- Develop staff through internal and external resources and on-the-job training
- Build and maintain relationships with State agencies as a key liaison
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Communicate goals, expectations, and results with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Bachelor’s in business management or business administration preferred
- At least three (3) years of progressively responsible people management experience
- Experience building highly effective teams
- Must be able to work in Minnesota or North Dakota
