Community Supported Living Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and support all aspects of Community Supported Living operations in the assigned region
- Work with key functional areas to ensure quality supports and budget compliance
- Implement Individual and Behavioral Support Plans
- Supervise individuals’ supports and oversee ongoing program development
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments
- Train, schedule, and conduct performance appraisals for Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure individuals’ needs and desires are met or exceeded through targeted staff deployment
- Manage personnel and ensure program staff coverage at all times
- Provide supports and services when other staff are unavailable
- Maintain a safe home environment that meets individuals’ needs and preferences
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience managing behaviors and diverse medical needs
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong leadership and development skills
- Knowledge of managing a budget
- Ability to supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals
- Ability to provide supports and services when other staff are unavailable
- On-call availability and willingness to provide care
- Ability to maintain compliance with organizational policies and federal, state, and local regulations
