About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments with consumers receiving financial management services in the self-direction model of care
Serve as an advocate and promoter of self-direction
Educate consumers and facilitate their understanding of self-direction
Conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, including families and guardians, in a timely manner
Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate
Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to prevent future issues and enhance the service experience
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Perform external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 year of experience in a related field
Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
