About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor regulatory and contract changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Maintain compliance tracking and notification processes
- Review and update required forms to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare and submit contract reports accurately and on time
- Develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures for compliance and continuous improvement
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including corrective action follow-up
- Manage and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
- Investigate compliance-related incidents, including Fraud, Waste, Abuse, Privacy, HIPAA, and other critical matters
- Oversee Criminal Background Check (CBC) reviews and compliance requirements
- Maintain compliance records to support audits and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership and compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Provide compliance training and guidance as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record in managing audits, regulatory reporting, and policy implementation
- Strong understanding of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, and risk management processes
- Proficiency in using compliance management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
