About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the enrollment team within a state or region
- Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees
- Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, referring individuals, and agencies
- Drive enrollments through presentations and meetings with stakeholders and participants
- Communicate enrollment status accurately and consistently to referrers and enrollees
- Support Directors of Business Development in new market opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from staff and external customers
- Manage employees and ensure work is handled efficiently and effectively
- Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs
- Manage special or ongoing process-improvement projects
- Assist in developing operational plans and preparing project-status reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
