About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the enrollment team within a state or region to ensure high-quality service throughout the enrollment process
- Generate leads and referrals for new individuals and their employees
- Cultivate relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and referring individuals and agencies
- Drive enrollments to achieve company growth goals through presentations and meetings with case managers, external stakeholders, and participants
- Provide accurate communication to referrers and enrollees regarding enrollment status
- Support the Director of Business Development in new market opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from staff and external customers
- Manage employees and ensure work is handled efficiently and effectively
- Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs
- Manage special or ongoing projects for area/process improvement
- Assist in developing and preparing operational plans and project-status reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
