About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure
Follow established EPMO protocols and PMI-aligned methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches
Coordinate with executive sponsors, subject-matter experts, operations, IT, finance, compliance, and external partners
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget
Support new state and contract launches by managing readiness activities, training coordination, vendor integration, and go-live execution
Identify workflow bottlenecks and champion process improvements through change requests and standardized SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
5–8 years of progressive project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong working knowledge of PMI's PMBOK-based methodology
PMP certification or relevant experience preferred
Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, or Jira
