About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Project Managers with development and construction of utility-scale solar projects
Help manage project execution, including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, and customer and community relations
Maintain project documentation for contract administration, schedules, and budgets
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Manage project scope, identify critical variables, and develop contingency plans
Assist with timely project reporting to internal teams and external customers
Assist the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Build customer rapport and identify strategic opportunities for long-term mutually beneficial relationships
Support execution of full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working on EPC, large-scale industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects, or experience as a Project Manager
Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language
Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, assessing project needs, scoping, and/or customer interfacing
Valid driver's license
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship
EPC experience in solar, wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects (preferred)
