About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and execution of the high-speed interconnect product strategy, including product roadmap, pricing, and positioning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop marketing collateral and industry partner relationships
- Define product requirements based on customer feedback, market demands, and technological advancements
- Increase pipeline growth, customer wins, and project release
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members
- Interface with product design engineering, signal integrity, manufacturing integration, program management, sales, testing, R&D, manufacturing, and senior leadership teams
- Monitor product performance and market trends; recommend product enhancements or portfolio adjustments
- Drive product launches, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and marketing collateral development
- Track the competitive landscape and establish and drive the technology roadmap
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Visit customers, manufacturing sites, and global team locations
- Lead development projects to timely and on-budget completion
- Build relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional team members, and peers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role, focused on high-speed interconnect products in data center or enterprise networking industries
- Prior sales experience calling on Datacom accounts
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience within the Datacom Market
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for Visa Sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to travel globally
