About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the business vision to achieve a qualified, talented hourly workforce
- Develop and execute proactive hourly talent strategies
- Develop and optimize practices to provide effective customer support
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the US
- Partner with hiring supervisors to define recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Assess external and internal candidates against business needs
- Apply interviewing techniques to assess culture fit and knowledge
- Coach and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions
- Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience
- Build an inclusive, brand-worthy candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to identify talent gaps and build short- and long-term recruiting strategies
- Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders
- Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on Principle Based Management® culture
- Develop business acumen and support business results
- Drive innovation in HR functions and processes
- Support Koch HR Vision and myHR transformation efforts
- Create solutions that enable teams to deliver business objectives
- Drive process excellence
- Identify HR compliance risks and implement systematic compliance approaches
- Interpret policies and practices, drive standardization, and eliminate waste
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three (3) or more years of HR/Recruiting related experience
- Successful candidate will reside in the Southeastern United States area
- Ability to support a 25%-30% travel requirement
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Experience working with unionized workforce preferred
- SHRM Certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources preferred
- Ability to develop business acumen and partnerships
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies
- Ability to influence others without authority
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to leverage data-driven solutions
- Ability to identify HR compliance risks and develop gap closure plans
- Ability to interpret current policies and practices
