About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate and maintain schedules for a portfolio of Solar projects
Partner with business development and execution teams on coordination and scheduling of multiple Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects
Use scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand
Work with project execution teams to optimize project execution plans and minimize risk
Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide mutually suitable schedules
Act as an internal subject matter expert in schedule-related contract negotiations
Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Microsoft Suite products
Understanding of scheduling best practices
Experience with scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6)
This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship
Experience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage industries
Scheduling experience in a construction industry
