Champion and implement Agile methodologies across various teams
Listen to team members and stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and requirements
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams within an agile environment
Demonstrated expertise in Agile Methodology and its practical application
Strong analytical acumen and proficiency in data analysis
Experience with business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their potential applications
Excellent communication, active listening, and facilitation skills
A high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence
Proficiency in change management principles and techniques
Experience with requirements management and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Solid understanding of risk management principles
Ability to effectively influence and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
