About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the strategic talent advisor to designated Lines of Business
  • Anticipate business needs and design and implement talent solutions tailored to each Line of Business
  • Shape enterprise talent programs that enable leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams
  • Partner with Line of Business and Functional HR Talent Leaders and Partners to identify, scope, and manage talent-related business needs and use cases around transformation of work
  • Conduct talent needs assessments and strategic workforce planning
  • Forecast future capabilities and align recommendations to Line of Business and enterprise strategies
  • Implement enterprise talent programs while tailoring delivery to each Line of Business’s micro-culture and business context
  • Develop outcomes and success metrics and monitor progress with HRTPs and business stakeholders
  • Anticipate internal and external talent trends and recommend improvements to talent processes, products, or services
  • Lead change management efforts supporting adoption of new or modernized talent and development practices
  • Synthesize and elevate Line of Business feedback to the Talent & Organizational Effectiveness team
  • Propose strategic enhancements to enterprise talent solutions
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence colleagues on enterprise rollout and ongoing optimization of talent programs
  • Report to the Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in talent, organizational effectiveness, HR business partnership, consulting, or similar fields
  • Knowledge in talent management, organizational effectiveness, or related domains
  • Experience partnering with HR and business teams to drive and execute talent initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate business challenges and propose process or practice improvements
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive adoption of new or evolving talent practices
  • Preferred: Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or Human Resources
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders on complex or sensitive talent matters
  • Project-management skills and experience leading initiatives with significant scope, ambiguity, and risk
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive HR process improvement
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
