About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Group Benefits business
- Evaluate end-to-end workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Design and implement future-state operating models using process redesign, workflow orchestration, and automation
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Partner cross-functionally with business functions and technology to drive execution and adoption of new processes and operating models
- Support governance frameworks, playbooks, and change management strategies
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and updates on transformation progress and impact
- Assess customer journeys and current workflows to identify opportunities to optimize operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or business strategy within the Insurance Industry, preferably Group
- Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives
- Strong background in process redesign and workflow optimization
- Exposure to automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
