About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests
- Support daily operations across Maintenance and Housekeeping departments
- Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
- Use the PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively
- Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards
- Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making processes
- Support the UK team from Brazil
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Remote work flexibility
- Freelancer contract
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
