About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the dedicated Subject Matter Expert for the Guesty Accounting Module
  • Act as a key technical and financial partner to Enterprise and Strategic customers
  • Guide customers through complex accounting workflows, owner statements, and end-of-month financial processes
  • Provide guidance during financial closing cycles, including reconciliations, payouts, and statement generation
  • Analyze enterprise accounting setups to drive product adoption and streamline financial workflows
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on strategic accounts to support client retention and account health
  • Lead complex consultations and translate property management accounting requirements into optimized module configurations
  • Synthesize client challenges, accounting feedback, and market requirements for Product and Engineering roadmap enhancements
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex accounting, ledger, and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Lead internal enablement on feature releases, property management accounting best practices, and operational standards
  • Identify adoption gaps, improve customer setups, collect product feedback, and analyze account-cohort trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical experience within the SaaS software industry or in a technology-driven environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with trust accounting, property management accounting, or financial SaaS platforms
  • Demonstrated experience handling enterprise/strategic accounts during high-pressure financial cycles, such as month-end close
  • API literacy
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creative thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Deep functional knowledge of property management accounting, trust accounting, owner payout statements, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
  • Solid background navigating complex SaaS environments
  • Experience analyzing customer configurations and workflows
  • Experience collaborating with Product organizations on feature requests and roadmap feedback
  • Familiarity with the short-term rental market, OTA landscape, and property management software ecosystem is a bonus
