About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the vision, product roadmap, and end-to-end execution for a high-priority, strategic product domain
- Collaborate and align with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, engineering leads, customer-facing teams, and operations
- Leverage AI product design principles and hands-on AI prototyping/vibe coding tools to validate ideas, build proofs-of-concept, and streamline specifications and flows
- Serve as the authority on complex product logic, financial formulas/calculations, schema changes, and underlying technical workflows
- Define, track, and optimize domain KPIs, success metrics, and performance indicators
- Drive products from ideation through “Rare,” “Medium,” and “Well Done” maturity levels into full production
- Write detailed technical specifications, define edge cases, and work side-by-side with R&D
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in product management within fast-paced, high-growth companies
- Experience in SaaS
- Background in financial workflows, trust accounting, billing, payments processing, revenue management, or complex pricing logic (bonus)
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI features into products
- Strong grasp of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and AI-driven user experiences
- Ability to build quick prototypes, wireframes, or code snippets using modern AI coding companions
- Comfort with technical designs, APIs, and data models alongside engineering teams
- Proven ability to dissect intricate financial calculations, edge cases, and complex business logic
- Track record of navigating executive alignment and managing cross-functional dependencies
- Ability to convert ambiguous corporate objectives into executable plans
- Ability to operate between strategic vision and detailed execution
- Native or professional-level written and verbal English communication skills
