About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive support to a federal organization driving transformational change across a cabinet-level agency
Collaborate directly with senior-level clients in a fast-paced environment
Shape and execute strategy
Support stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution
Contribute to or lead workstreams
Prepare strategic communications, visuals, client meetings, briefings, and high-level deliverables
Support program management initiatives, reporting, financial and resource management, communications, and operations
Synthesize data into high-level outputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1–3 years of professional experience
Experience contributing to or leading workstreams in fast-paced environments and handling ambiguity
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into documents, briefings, and deliverables
Experience creating C-Suite-level strategic communications and visuals, including one-pagers and slicksheets
Experience in communications and stakeholder engagement
Experience supporting program management initiatives, including reporting, financial and resource management, communications, and operations
Experience preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs
Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
US citizenship required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects and time-sensitive ad-hoc requests
Excellent MS Office Suite skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools
