About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support documentation and analysis of business processes, workflows, operating procedures, and program requirements
  • Draft and maintain SOPs, job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and implementation documentation
  • Translate complex technical, regulatory, and policy information into clear, user-friendly guidance materials
  • Support stakeholder interviews, note-taking, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation activities
  • Assist with development of onboarding resources, instructional materials, and knowledge repositories
  • Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement recommendations and implementation activities
  • Develop presentations, reports, and supporting project artifacts for client review

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, communications, technical writing, business analysis, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences
  • Experience developing presentations, guidance documents, reports, or training materials
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into cohesive deliverables
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust
  • Up to 10% travel required
