About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning and execution across program management, financial management, grants, data and analytics, technology modernization, and operations
  • Track project plans, action items, risks, issues, and status updates
  • Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and support decision-making
  • Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, SOPs, and other deliverables
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support meetings, decisions, and follow-up activities
  • Support process improvement, change initiatives, and implementation of new ways of working
  • Use Excel, reporting platforms, automation, and AI tools to analyze data and improve processes and reporting
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality, detail, and deadlines
  • Contribute to planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs and initiatives supporting Guidehouse's U.S. Department of State portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active and maintained "Secret" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) or more years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, international development, program management, or a related field
  • Up to 10% travel required
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State, USAID, foreign assistance, or global health programs
  • Experience in federal consulting or a government-facing professional services environment
  • Familiarity with AI solutions, data visualization, automation, or collaboration tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar platforms
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and related tools
