About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead three team members in the end-to-end creation of engaging learning solutions
Create learning solutions for compliance, ways of working, and leadership training needs
Manage team success and take on some development work
Develop eLearning, live and virtual instructor-led training, job aids, knowledge management solutions, and AI agents
Manage project timelines
Communicate project risks and react to urgent priorities
Organize project files for periodic updates and data audits
Report directly to the global leader of learning and development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree; four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
10 or more years of professional experience in related areas
Expert development skills in Articulate Rise 360 with AI, Synthesia, and Camtasia
Deep expertise in ADDIE instructional design methodology
Ability to communicate expertise into feedback that grows team skill
Experience utilizing instructional design and Copilot AI tools to speed administrative tasks, boost productivity, and create engaging work products
Executive presence and communication skills to understand client needs, translate them into training program design, and manage feedback from subject matter experts with competing priorities
Deep project management experience to create and manage project timelines, communicate risk, and react to urgent priorities with agility
Exceptional organizational skills for project file management, periodic project updates, and accurate data audit reporting
Work samples required
Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience preferred as a nice-to-have
Additional instructional design tool experience preferred as a nice-to-have
Travel required up to 10%
