Develop automation capabilities, processes, and procedures to enhance security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS mission-based capabilities
Support process automation, data analytics, and change management
Work within teams to deliver transformation tools and improvements
Primarily use Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
Bachelor's Degree
One (1) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
One (1) or more years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)
Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance preferred
Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies preferred
Advanced Power Platform experience preferred
Tableau or BI software experience preferred
R or Python software experience preferred
