About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment
  • Identify client sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetings
  • Deliver services and solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations
  • Design and implement Power Platform-based solutions satisfying customer requirements
  • Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge-transfer documentation
  • Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, producing data visualizations and low-code applications
  • Develop and refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools
  • Present tailored demonstrations of technology solutions
  • Deliver high-quality, bug-free development according to coding standards in collaboration with development and QA teams
  • Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide daily personal status reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  • Serve as Microsoft Power Platform subject matter expert for system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management
  • Create design documentation for new solutions and functions
  • Work with the support team to resolve production support issues
  • Stay current on Power Platform updates and future roadmap features in Microsoft wave plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of four (4) years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
  • Selected Candidate must be able to commute onsite to the client as needed
  • US Citizenship is contractually required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree)
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer, including on-premise and SharePoint Online
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer and creating custom workflow solutions
  • Experience with PowerApps / Power Automate and M365 Suite of Products
  • Experience using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases
  • Knowledge and experience writing technical requirements and test scripts
  • Knowledge of software programming languages and technologies
  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
  • Experience developing PowerApps model
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users
  • Ability to initiate relevant tasks, specify and plan activities, and notify supervisor of variances
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions
  • Work experience with SaaS and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
  • Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), Power Automate
  • Experience and good understanding of Power Platform CoE and governance components
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including semantic model design, complex DAX, time intelligence, context transition, iterator patterns, inactive relationships, and calculation groups
  • Power BI service administration, including workspaces, deployment pipelines, dataflows, incremental refresh, row-level security, and gateway configuration
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, specifically Dataflows Gen2 and lakehouse patterns
  • Experience with Power Automate for scheduled ingestion and file handling
  • Familiarity integrating Power Apps and Dataverse with ServiceNow-related activity
  • Big 4 or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner experience highly desired
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
  • Public sector client experience preferred
  • Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology preferred
  • Public Trust preferred
