About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies to deliver custom solutions
Deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory and compliance solutions
Manage consulting assignments day to day
Interact regularly with clients across all levels
Analyze scientific, clinical, financial, and strategic information to identify business implications of new technologies and emerging trends
Conduct primary research interviews with clinicians, thought leaders, executives, and others in the life sciences industry
Manage and mentor junior staff
Prepare and present written reports to senior management and clients
Develop project management skills and manage multiple work streams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must still be enrolled in an accredited advanced degree program (MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD) through Fall of 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027
PhDs currently completing Postdoctoral research fellowship are also eligible for consideration
Prior work experience in the life sciences and/or consulting industries
Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences consulting
Critical thinking, creativity, and strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to supervise, mentor, and coach team members
Ability to grasp clinical and business implications of technically complex products and services
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams
Willingness and ability to travel and work overtime when required
Travel up to 25%
No security clearance required
