Key responsibilities & impact

Support transformative initiatives that modernize financial and operational processes through intelligent automation solutions
Assess existing business processes and procedures to identify pain points, manual activities, and automation opportunities
Coordinate with process stakeholders to complete current-state assessments, review documentation, and evaluate future-state solutions
Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions
Support automation capabilities across financial management, audit readiness, budget, acquisition, grants, and mission-support functions
Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, testing plans, and training materials
Assist in creating project plans for end-to-end automation development and ensure realistic timelines are established, communicated, and executed
Communicate project updates and solution status to senior-level executive clients
Collaborate with senior team members to embed financial management standards into automation solutions
Coordinate with team members to support financial automation, data analytics, process optimization, and AI capabilities
Integrate UiPath automations with financial systems and business processes, leveraging Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
THREE (3) years of experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
At least TWO (2) years of hands-on UiPath development experience
Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
Experience designing and developing UiPath automations and RPA solutions
Experience supporting client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership
Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements
Experience conducting research to investigate client problems and working collaboratively with teams to formulate and recommend solutions
Experience supporting solution testing, deployment, and production support activities
Experience utilizing project management and Agile delivery best practices
Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
