Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams
Facilitate communication and gather business requirements
Support organizational change initiatives and successful adoption of new processes and solutions
Coordinate change management activities
Assess organizational impacts
Develop communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
Develop dynamic presentations and leverage communication outreach technologies
Assess engagement and measure impact within the federal government shared services landscape
Collaborate with technical teams on data analysis to evaluate change management effectiveness
Participate in business design sessions and facilitate meetings
Support collaborative decision-making
Coordinate government-client meetings, events, and travel logistics
Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives
Enhance operational effectiveness and help clients achieve mission objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability determination are preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Five or more years of experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy
Must be willing and able to work onsite at the client site in White Oak, MD, at least two days per week
Experience supporting training efforts through curriculum review and updates, logistics and planning, and broader training program needs
Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools and processes
Experience leading large-scale change management and communications campaigns
Travel required up to 25%
