About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on high-impact and high-visibility projects shaping Guidehouse’s current business and long-term strategy
Build intelligent automation as part of the Platforms Center of Excellence
Solve clients’ critical challenges using RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI
Help clients start their automation journey
Implement and scale RPA programs
Combine AI and machine learning with RPA to create cognitive automations
Support internal and external customers
Engage with consulting professionals and clients
Gather requirements and document processes
Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions
Apply business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management
Analyze and optimize business processes
Select and apply appropriate automation or software tools for customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience with THREE (3) of those functioning as an RPA developer
Understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including process and object creation
Experience developing with UiPath
Familiarity with RPA Control Room, queue management, and scheduling
Ability to follow RPA best practices and coding standards under supervision
Exposure to exception handling and debugging techniques in RPA software
Understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., variables, loops, conditions) and logical thinking
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced automation environment
Ability to work collaboratively with senior developers, business analysts, and testers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and documentation
Experience working within an automation Center of Excellence
Experience working within a governance model
Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts
Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management
Business process analysis and optimization
Selecting and applying the appropriate automation or software tool for a given customer requirement
US Citizenship is required
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Travel required up to 10%
Nice to have: Experience in Microsoft Power Platform
Nice to have: Experience deploying Unattended UiPath Automations
Nice to have: Software development skills utilizing R, Python, .Net or other languages including VBA
Nice to have: Human capital analytics, financial management, or advanced data visualizations
Nice to have: Experience with AutoHotKey automation
