About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate complex business challenges into scalable enterprise solutions within the Chief Transformation Officer organization.
Support internal AI Transformation, Solution Studio and other strategic CXO initiatives.
Embed with internal stakeholders to diagnose pain points, map processes and data flows, and define business cases, value hypotheses and outcome measures.
Partner with architects and engineers to frame scalable solution designs and define MVP and proof-of-value slices.
Develop and refine working prototypes using short build-and-validate cycles, representative data and stakeholder feedback.
Evaluate buy, configure, build and reuse options, including platform and data tradeoffs.
Develop and maintain solution specifications and user stories for engineers and AI coding agents.
Own prioritized backlogs and release plans; estimate effort, drive delivery planning, resolve dependencies and blockers, and communicate tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
Plan adoption and operational transition, including release readiness, support, monitoring, documentation and adoption measures.
Capture reusable solution patterns and delivery practices.
Mentor colleagues in practical AI-native ways of working.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
8+ years of experience in product management, solution strategy or technology delivery, with demonstrated success translating ambiguous business problems into scalable, adopted solutions preferred.
Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, enterprise data and integration fundamentals, and cloud platforms.
Technical fluency to partner closely with engineers, guide prototype development, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and validate working solutions.
Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and estimate delivery effort with engineering teams.
Understanding of Guidehouse’s client industries and business workflows, and experience navigating complex or regulated environments.
Excellent written, verbal and executive communication.
Direct experience in at least one of Guidehouse’s core client industries preferred.
Internal transformation, solution engineering or consulting experience in matrixed organizations preferred.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms, AI-assisted development tools, or secure solution deployment and evaluation in regulated environments preferred.
Experience building applications, automations or other working solutions using AI-assisted development, low-code tools or traditional coding preferred.
Fluency with Jira preferred.
Relevant AI, cloud, Agile or product/program management certifications preferred.
Travel required up to 10%.
