About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation and enhancement of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions under senior engineers' and architects' guidance
- Gather and document technical requirements and design
- Participate in client discussions alongside senior team members
- Contribute to requirements gathering and documentation
- Engage in training, mentorship, and self-study to build IGA domain expertise
- Develop SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Saviynt, ConductorOne, and Lumos solutions
- Provide service to clients and internal customers or co-workers
- Partner with customers on Identity maturity programs focused on Identity Governance, Automation, and Administration
- Support new implementations, ongoing enhancements, managed services, and advisory services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical field; direct IGA experience is a plus but not required
- Foundational understanding of directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and cloud identity concepts (e.g., Azure AD/Entra ID)
- Basic familiarity with data formats such as XML and JSON
- Understanding of REST/SOAP web services
- Awareness of identity lifecycle concepts or willingness to learn
- Interest in access governance concepts such as access reviews and certification campaigns
- Basic awareness of compliance and access control principles such as least privilege and separation of duties, or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong verbal and written skills for technical documentation and presentations
- Embraces emerging technologies, including AI tools
- Sedentary work capability
- Substantial movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for at least 8 hours daily
- Close visual acuity for computer terminal viewing and/or extensive reading for at least 8 hours daily
