About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of security-focused Professional Services engagements
  • Manage Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle
  • Conduct sales handoff and resourcing
  • Develop customer project plans

  • Ensure regular and timely communication with key stakeholders
  • Manage project issues and risks through resolution
  • Maintain internal and external customer relationships and ensure statement-of-work deliverables are met
  • Plan and manage resources to meet scope and budget expectations
  • Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project data
  • Manage and support revenue recognition and customer invoicing processes
  • Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Advanced use of all Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Advanced ability to utilize Microsoft Excel for project reporting
  • Proficient in OpenAir and Salesforce, or other Professional Services applications
  • Experience interfacing with information security positions and stakeholders
  • Advanced project management skills, including evaluating project objectives and scope, gaining customer understanding, scheduling resources, and managing timelines and budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial health
  • Understanding of a broad range of information security terms and disciplines
  • Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing
  • Written communication skills for preparing formal deliverables
  • Verbal communication skills with technical resources through senior management
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, and prioritize
  • Ability to build customer relationships that enhance communications and ensure project success
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Sedentary work
  • Substantial movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Close visual acuity for viewing computer terminals and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
