About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure completion of monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses and gross margin analysis
  • Prepare, analyze, and review general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
  • Provide in-depth analysis to assist in preparing consolidated financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and state and local compliance requirements, including sales tax
  • Perform accounting and financial analyses to identify key trends and support critical estimates such as accruals and reserves
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a business partner in preparing and reporting financial results
  • Provide audit assistance, supporting information, PBC schedules, and explanations as needed
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Corporate Finance Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Strong month-end close experience within a multi-entity business environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct, Net Suite, or similar
  • Experience using AI tools to assist with Accounting duties (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot)
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Public accounting experience preferred; Big 4 or large regional firm background is a plus
  • Experience with ServiceTitan preferred but not required
