  • Take increasing ownership of work ready to enter the engineering queue
  • Coordinate work across brands, products, and teams
  • Maintain Linear as the reliable record of scope, decisions, ownership, and status
  • Work with engineers to identify technical constraints and separate front-end, backend, data, and integration work
  • Coordinate quality assurance with stakeholders and engineering
  • Ensure important user journeys are tested on customer devices and results are recorded
  • Review smaller pull requests for ticket alignment, implementation risk, and test evidence
  • Escalate larger or riskier changes to the Engineering Lead
  • Use LLM-assisted coding tools to deliver small, well-scoped fixes, including understanding changes, reviewing diffs, testing results, and following the release process
  • Guide work through development, quality assurance, technical review, and production release
  • Communicate progress, blockers, ownership, and release readiness
  • Support production incidents when assigned by the Engineering Lead
  • Work directly with engineers and stakeholders while owning clarity, coordination, and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing software delivery for a small, fast-moving engineering team
  • Strong requirements writing: ability to turn an incomplete request into behavior an engineer can build and another person can verify
  • Working knowledge of modern web applications, browser behavior, application programming interfaces (APIs), databases, and GitHub pull requests
  • Enough code literacy to review a focused diff, recognize when a change exceeds your depth, and safely deliver a small fix with assisted coding
  • Experience coordinating quality assurance and releases across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Clear written communication and disciplined follow-through
  • Availability during the team’s Eastern Time workday
  • Helpful, not required: Experience with Linear, GitHub, Slack, Next.js, or TypeScript
  • Helpful, not required: Experience with consumer web forms, multi-brand products, compliance-sensitive changes, affiliate marketing, or partner integrations
  • Helpful, not required: Experience using LLM-assisted development tools in a controlled review and release process
