About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing, PMM, Legal, and R&D stakeholders
  • Run daily and weekly project updates, unblock work, and escalate issues when needed
  • Build and maintain creative workback schedules and keep project sources of truth current
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships end to end, including contractor paperwork, purchase orders, onboarding, access, and production coordination
  • Own legal and compliance review pipelines, including submitting requests and managing feedback
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and escalate them to leadership
  • Schedule and run internal critiques, stakeholder reviews, and leadership sign-offs
  • Consolidate feedback for the creative team
  • Coordinate production logistics for shoots, agency staffing, on-site support, and stakeholder management
  • Help build, optimize, and maintain AI-enabled project infrastructure, including the Brand Studio dashboard and task tracker
  • Run retrospectives and drive process improvements, templates, rituals, and workflow automations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in creative, marketing, or brand production/project management
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple active projects, stakeholders, and vendors simultaneously
  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel integrated campaigns with multiple channel owners, approval checkpoints, and parallel workstreams
  • Experience building and maintaining workback schedules and/or project hubs
  • Experience standing up, optimizing, or driving adoption of project management infrastructure such as dashboards and task trackers
  • Familiarity optimizing and maintaining AI-enabled tools and designing systems from scratch
  • Hands-on, daily use of AI tools for drafting, synthesis, and status updates
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting scope in an agile, fast-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Interest in running retrospectives and improving processes through templates, rituals, and workflow automations
  • Expertise using Notion is a plus
