About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Head of GTM, Head of Revenue Ops, GTM leadership, and I&O to shape business strategy
  • Translate ambiguous strategic questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Serve as the primary conduit between Finance, GTM Operations, and GTM leadership
  • Build an end-to-end view of the sales process across every route to market
  • Represent GTM in cross-functional Product and Growth conversations
  • Build core analytics and reporting infrastructure and define trusted metrics, definitions, and data sources
  • Design and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review reporting cadences
  • Build forward-looking scenario-planning and what-if models
  • Translate business decisions into clear positioning and narrative for GTM leadership
  • Own executive-level reporting directly to the Head of GTM
  • Pressure-test assumptions and identify potential unintended consequences of GTM decisions
  • Build trusted cross-functional relationships and align routes to market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or a strategy/analytics function within a SaaS or subscription business, with direct exposure to senior sales or GTM leadership
  • Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to senior GTM leadership
  • Deep fluency in building and owning analytics and reporting infrastructure end-to-end, including defining metrics and data sources
  • Track record of translating complex, cross-functional inputs into clear executive narrative and recommendations
  • Experience partnering across Finance, Product, and GTM Ops
  • Strong analytical foundation, including financial/operational modeling and auditing assumptions
  • AI fluency required; active use of AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype operational solutions
  • Clear, credible communication style and ability to influence without authority
  • Familiarity with multi-segment or multi-motion GTM organizations strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
