About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the final technical escalation point for rare, high-ambiguity problems
Set technical strategy and direction for Solutions Engineering
Represent Solutions Engineering in cross-functional and executive conversations with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership
Mentor and set the technical bar for the Solutions Engineering team
Own technical strategy and hands-on builds for deep API and OAuth-based integrations for enterprise and partner accounts
Connect engineering/platform teams and go-to-market teams on the largest deals
Turn bespoke integration builds into reusable patterns and tooling
Influence product and engineering roadmap based on patterns across the SE function
Operate with full autonomy on day-to-day technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of relevant experience, with significant time in a senior technical pre-sales, solutions-architecture, or implementation leadership role
Proven track record operating independently on the most complex, highest-stakes technical problems
Ability to translate between engineers and executives
Experience setting technical direction or standards across a team or function
Experience influencing product/engineering roadmap through structured technical feedback and pattern recognition
Deep fluency across Salesforce/CRM, API and integration architecture, OAuth/token-based authorization flows, and payroll/tax/compliance systems
AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process
