Key responsibilities & impact

Run specialized, sourcing-first, full-cycle recruiting searches from pre-search strategy through offer acceptance and post-hire retrospective
Advise hiring leaders through tailored outbound recruiting, market mapping, calibration sessions, data-backed recommendations, and trade-offs involving level, location, and compensation
Build working relationships across compensation, people partners, candidate experience, and operations
Guide candidates through a high-touch, honest, caring, and responsive recruiting experience
Leverage AI for sourcing, market analysis, and interview preparation
Build and test AI-enabled recruiting approaches, tools, agents, and SKILLs, and share effective practices with the team
Flex into specialized Product Management, Data, and other technical searches as business priorities shift
Build an in-market design community in San Francisco through local events and relationship building

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 8+ years across specialized tech, including meaningful time specializing in Design recruiting
Hands-on experience using AI across sourcing, market mapping, and interview prep
Experience building AI agents or SKILLs
Proven ability to work across various People teams and business partners
History of partnering with leaders at every level
Ability to communicate with credibility and executive presence
Ability to read, research, and interpret data across multiple tools
Expertise in sourcing and assessing talent across all backgrounds
Ability to build always-on talent pipelines
Bias for action and resilience
Regular and predictable attendance
Secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection when working outside a Gusto office
