Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer-facing technical lead with full-stack depth to configure, debug, and explain web applications and integrations
Ability to generate API scripts using Ruby or Python as needed
Confidence leading onsite conversations with prospects and enterprise customers
Experience gathering requirements, shaping technical approaches, and delivering measurable impact
Clear communication with engineers and non-technical audiences
Strong planning, execution, organization, and follow-through
Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR tech, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first, or integration-heavy systems
Track record of taking projects from scoping to delivery while balancing customer needs and technical tradeoffs
