About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical presales journey with Account Executives from initial technical discovery through deal close
- Deliver product demonstrations of Atlas and Nova
- Lead POVs from start to finish, including success criteria, technical requirements, timelines, and measurable value
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by answering cybersecurity questions and addressing technical objections
- Identify customer needs and technical requirements
- Engage with security practitioners, technical decision-makers, and executives
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Share customer insights and technical expertise
- Continuously improve the technical sales process using feedback and performance insights
- Optimize demonstrations, shorten POV cycles, and increase conversion rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Based in the US Eastern Time Zone (ET)
- 4+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of security concepts, technologies, and organisational challenges
- Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value
- Ability to identify technical buyer needs and tailor approaches to different audiences and business challenges
- Proficient in Python
- Comfortable working with APIs
- Customer-focused and commercially aware
- Actively embrace and leverage AI in day-to-day work
- Proactive and hands-on mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Background check required
- Bonus: Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or another technical presales role
- Bonus: Experience with offensive security, penetration testing, attack surface management, or exposure management solutions
