About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical sales support for Vascade, EnsoETM, and future interventional products
  • Provide case coverage within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support case coverage and clinical outcomes
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
  • Inform customers about product, therapy, and technology developments
  • Link clinical data to key messaging
  • Identify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints and provide product-based solutions
  • Communicate account information to the sales team daily
  • Share competitive product and account insights with colleagues
  • Educate customers on proper clinical usage and product benefits
  • Coordinate and facilitate local education and training activities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers, customers, and staff
  • Support monitoring of product inventory levels
  • Partner with the Regional Clinical Manager, Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams
  • Support product adoption, patient outcomes, training, and sales revenue goals
  • Participate in informal peer mentoring and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS or equivalent medical training required
  • Typically requires 2+ years of direct healthcare experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or similar settings
  • Strong clinical orientation
  • Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery preferred
  • Medical device industry experience preferred
  • Appropriate registrations or certifications such as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of assigned company products, associated clinical evidence, and relevant disease states
  • Understanding of product positioning, competitive landscape, and territory needs
  • Ability to communicate clinical information clearly, accurately, and professionally
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time, and schedule efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians
  • Ability to persuasively communicate and tailor the Vascular Closure Value Proposition
  • Analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships while handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports
  • Thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory customer base
  • Previous industry experience, preferably in the cardiovascular space
  • Previous experience with vessel closure preferred
  • Previous experience providing clinical education and training preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office systems
