About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, proactively maintain, preventively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Haemonetics systems for customers in the designated region
- Manage minimal downtime on Haemonetics systems through effective site-personnel training and rapid problem investigation
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare application training
- Deliver application training to site personnel for effective use of installed medical equipment
- Coordinate and deliver technical training for customer personnel and Haemonetics employees
- Develop partnerships with prospective customers by organizing product demonstrations
- Promote Haemonetics products to existing customers
- Travel within the designated region and the UK as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in technical engineering or technical education with sound technical knowledge, or at least four years of experience in a Field Service position, medical device environment, or similar role
- Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments
- Technical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products
- Excellent mastery of English
- Flexibility to travel and undertake overnight stays (1 or 2 nights per week on average)
- Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Capacity to manage time constraints
- Demonstrated computer and basic networking skills
- Full driving licence
