About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage with high-potential accounts within the EMEA region to build a strong sales pipeline
- Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with key stakeholders
- Tailor outreach approaches using relevant insights
- Present Hai Robotics’ solutions to potential customers and communicate their value
- Qualify leads for business alignment and readiness for further sales engagement
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business triggers in assigned regions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth lead handoffs
- Use Apollo to track outreach activities and measure success
- Share best practices, support team initiatives, and contribute to an open collaborative culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a strong bonus
- At least 1-2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in technology, automation, or related industries
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and business opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent time management
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
