About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple concurrent installation and commissioning projects
- Coordinate and schedule on-site resources, including engineers, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Drive site schedule adherence and identify and mitigate schedule risks early
- Own site safety, quality, and compliance with customer and HAI standards
- Conduct regular site walks, progress reviews, and customer coordination meetings
- Manage subcontractor scope, performance, and commercial compliance
- Lead daily/weekly site stand-ups and progress reporting
- Serve as the on-site senior escalation point for CEs, subcontractors, and customer site teams
- Partner with PMs on project schedule, risk, and resource planning
- Ensure accurate site reporting covering progress, risks, issues, and forecasts into delivery governance
- Travel extensively across the EMEA region
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of site management experience in industrial automation, construction, or capital equipment installation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent sites and coordinate diverse workforces
- Strong subcontractor management and commercial awareness
- Solid understanding of site safety regulations and quality management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus
- Comfortable with extensive travel across EMEA
- Valid work authorization in EMEA
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Experience with warehouse automation, ASRS, or material handling projects preferred
- Safety certifications (SMSTS, IOSH, OSHA, or local equivalent) preferred
- Multi-site, multi-country project experience preferred
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) preferred
