About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide remote technical support services to external and internal users of Landmark environments and applications
Support complex, unusual, or novel issues via telephone, email, and electronic channels
Troubleshoot issues and review data quality
Replicate end-user workflows and understand software functionality
Propose solutions that meet immediate objectives and optimize software usage
Contribute subject-matter expertise to software product enhancements and new product development
Support custom installations, configurations, unusual data formatting, and unusual application functionality/workflows
Escalate unresolvable issues to Research and Development
Leverage Halliburton knowledge bases and guidance from technical experts
Mentor and provide direction to Level I, II, and III analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree required
Minimum of 10 years' experience
Knowledge of multiple domain sciences
Knowledge of software applications in multiple domains
Knowledge of using software applications across multiple domains
Experience with custom installations and configurations
Experience with unusual data formatting and application functionality/workflows
Concentration in geoscience, engineering, or computer science preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and review data quality
Full-time availability
