Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience leading leaders within a frontline service delivery, healthcare, aged care, community services or similarly complex operational environment
  • Demonstrated success managing large, geographically dispersed teams through others
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with a track record of developing future leaders
  • Ability to inspire, influence and create a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, including experience improving productivity, workforce outcomes and service quality
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience operating within regulated environments with a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to workforce management and service delivery systems
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, operations or a related discipline
  • Short-listed applicants must consent to a criminal record check and reference checks
