About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide, maintain and create rostering/schedules for Home Care Workers in the Western Sydney Region
Ensure clients are properly cared for through effective scheduling
Provide scheduling services to HammondCare Home Care staff
Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules
Set up rounds with consideration to consistency, efficiency and fairness
Maintain care worker contracted hours
Participate cooperatively as a member of the centralized support team
Provide system and staff administration
Maintain up-to-date data on care worker information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call center
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
Natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills
Consent to criminal record checks and reference checks
