About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to define problems, set goals, and shape product strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of product design experience
  • Ideally, experience on enterprise or B2B products involving complex workflows
  • Strong visual and interaction design expertise
  • Proven track record of shipped work and measurable impact
  • Comfortable incorporating generative AI tools into the design process
  • Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale
  • Highly collaborative and able to incorporate diverse perspectives
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Hands-on ownership mentality
  • Curiosity and growth mindset
  • Experience designing AI-native products with chat, composer, and agent interaction patterns is nice to have
