About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting the Hanger Clinic field organization
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery across all client groups
  • Partner with Patient Care and functional leaders to define and execute HR strategies
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable people plans
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives
  • Use data, metrics, and workforce insights to identify trends and inform solutions related to retention, talent, and organizational design
  • Partner with HR centers of excellence and colleagues to design and implement scalable HR solutions, programs, and processes
  • Provide coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors
  • Build organizational capability and leadership bench strength
  • Establish credibility and trust with leadership, peers, and team members
  • Report to the VP, Human Resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, General Business, Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant HR experience
  • At least 5 years within an organization of 3000–5000 employees
  • Post-graduate degree preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire an HR team and gain the respect of client groups and HR colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations, offer compelling business cases, and influence senior and C-Suite leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to identify solutions
  • Ability to identify and explain HR implications of complex business strategies and situations and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills across all levels, locations, and cultures
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with human resource information systems or related software
  • Willingness to travel domestically 50% of the time
