About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across DeviceCo
  • Prepare financial reporting and analysis across revenue, cost of materials, operating expenses, and profitability
  • Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers
  • Support consolidated DeviceCo reporting across Fillauer, Coapt, and Point Designs
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting profitability, pricing, margins, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
  • Assist with Monthly Business Reviews, Budget Reviews, and other leadership presentations
  • Partner with the Finance Manager and business leaders on ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, IT, Corporate Finance, and business teams
  • Support improvements to financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools across DeviceCo
  • Partner with Accounting to help ensure financial results accurately reflect operational performance and comply with company policies and controls
  • Travel 10% to 20% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another related business field required
  • 1–3 years of relevant finance, accounting, or analytical experience
  • Recent college graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Interest in developing advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis through coursework, internships, or professional experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Epicor, Essbase, or similar is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work through complex problems
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and motivation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 20% of the time
