About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across DeviceCo
Prepare financial reporting and analysis across revenue, cost of materials, operating expenses, and profitability
Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers
Support consolidated DeviceCo reporting across Fillauer, Coapt, and Point Designs
Develop and maintain financial models supporting profitability, pricing, margins, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
Assist with Monthly Business Reviews, Budget Reviews, and other leadership presentations
Partner with the Finance Manager and business leaders on ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, IT, Corporate Finance, and business teams
Support improvements to financial processes, reporting, and analytical tools
Partner with Accounting to ensure financial results accurately reflect operational performance and comply with company policies and controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another related business field required
1–3 years of relevant finance, accounting, or analytical experience
Recent college graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
Strong Excel skills and an interest in developing advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis through coursework, internships, or professional experience preferred
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Epicor, Essbase, or similar is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and motivation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
Travel 10% to 20% of the time
